Balance and biceps

Balance, it's a big deal. 
Yin and yang.
Balance is health and health is life. 
It's always not easy to find balance.
Pretty sure I strained my bicep and pec.
How?
Imbalance
Too much pushing and not enough pulling.
Too many handstands and not enough pull ups. 
Too much of anything, even wonderful things like water and Tumeric, is bad.
Overdosed on handstands.
Lesson learned universe.
Thank you. 
And thank you Tom, for always trying to point out the crack I'm about to trip on because my head is lost in the sky. And for wrapping me up nice and snuggly 1<3
