These magic machines
A devine system
so complex,
a fine
intermingling.
Little bugs,
Little cells,
tiny circles of life.
Mastery
Magic
All unique and alike
Some genius
Some call it God
Builds us up
& together
Creating perfect systems
effecting the weather.
We come from the artful
from focus & attention
Remember what you are
Just a tiny extension 
Of something much greater
Ocean like
Words will never define
This masterful artist
The Father Mother Brother Sister
Devine
In you
In me
In all

#advicetomyself - Week 7

SEVEN.

Deep Breathe for 5-10 minutes daily.

Start slowly, very slow.
Tip toe toward the breath
The more awareness
the more rule
The less stress
The greater the tool,
the lungs.

Oxygen comes in
Lighting up all the cells
Exchange of CO2
All toxins expelled
Slowly...
Normal breath in

And again
The process sustains
It can heal up the body
Melt away mental pains
Exhale so slow
Steady and thin
Like a piece of hair
Control with your throat
the flow of air

Let it flow, listen close
The sound rocks you like waves.
A lullaby to help you get through the rough days.

Count your breaths
Exactly how long is each one
We only get so many
Until we're all done
Deep breathe with awareness

Mold the body, the lungs,
into a tool for the heart.
Its free
Its portable
You can do it anywhere
So just start

#MothersDay


Hello readers :)
Meet my wonderful mama.
She is spunky
She is bold
She is hilarious
She is love
She accepts all people 
She has embodied one of life's great lessons
No one is "weird"
No one is "wrong"
We're all just…"different"
Yet we're all the same.
I love her so much for teaching this to me
It is the root of my passion.
One-ness
She has survived some rough shit
She smothered me with sweet love growing up
& although she may struggle to see it
She is a super hero.
I came from a super hero.

SIX.

Whenever in doubt, drink some water.


Two atoms Hydrogen
Oxygen, only one
Hydrates, refreshes
Each of our cells, every one
Freeze it
Sip it
Breath it
Dip it all the way in
Fill up your whole mouth
Swish it around
Give it a spin
Swallow it down
We’re seventy percent
Water, did we know
We need enough water
Just like a plant
In order to grow
To move smooth
To think clear
To feel peace
To not fear
Drink water
Love water
With out it
We disappear

FIVE.

Stretch every morning...seriously though just do it. 

Lean back slow
Breathe in
to push open the chest
Let in the next breath
Return to stand
Take a bit of rest
Fold forward over your legs
As you let the next breath out
Release all the negativity
& any self-doubt
Breath in to stand
& Plant your hands
Onto the hips
Sips of air,
So steady, so slow & sound.
Move with your breath &
circle the hips around.
Around, around.
Wiggle, just a little
Every morning stay true.
Bring a little blood to every muscle
tell each one "I love you".
